I am a patient looking to get started with OnCall Health, what’s next?

The first step to get started with OnCall Health is for your healthcare provider to invite you to an appointment, or to request an appointment from their OnCall booking page.

Once invited, you will receive an e-mail invitation with more information about your appointment and setting up your account. It is recommended that you log into OnCall Health in advance of your first appointment to ensure your account and your preferred device (if you will be joining an online video appointment) have been properly set up. If you have any questions, you’re welcome to contact at any point in the process.

At the time of your scheduled appointment, please log into your account and you will be prompted to join your call.

Is OnCall Health HIPAA compliant?

Yes, OnCall Health is committed to maintaining privacy between healthcare providers and their patients and is compliant with HIPAA and all equivalent personal health information protection legislation in the United States. How do I invite my patients to OnCall Health?

It’s easy to invite your patients to OnCall. To get started, create an appointment with your patient, and we will take care of the rest! The registration process is simple; your patient will receive an e-mail invitation and be guided through several quick steps to register their account. At every stage, the OnCall Health Support Team is available to answer questions.

Can my administrative staff use OnCall Health?

Yes! Administrative staff use OnCall to streamline administrative tasks by easily scheduling appointments on behalf of clinicians, assigning any necessary intake forms to patients, and updating appointments as needed.

Can I use OnCall Health for my in-person appointments?

OnCall provides tools to help you better manage and automate your practice whether you are meeting your clients online or in person. Simple appointment scheduling, automated e-mail reminders, and billing and invoicing tools can help reduce time spent on administrative tasks. Yes! OnCall offers tools for collaboration between the various healthcare providers in your practice, as well as administrative staff. Based on the needs of your practice, the OnCall team will help your administrative team streamline appointment scheduling and billing processes as well as help healthcare providers better coordinate on a patient’s care.

Can I collect payment from my patients through the OnCall Health platform?

OnCall Health’s billing tool allows you to collect debit and credit card payments from your clients. Once entered, your clients’ information is securely stored for future appointments meaning you can spend less time bookkeeping and more time seeing clients.

How do I log into my OnCall Health account?

As a healthcare provider, you can log into your OnCall Health account here using your e-mail address and password.

As a patient, you will have received an e-mail invitation for your upcoming appointment. Please click “Visit your Account” in this e-mail invitation to log in. If it is your first time logging in, you will be prompted to create a password for future log ins.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, please click “Forgot your Password” on the login screen. You will be prompted to enter the e-mail address associated with your OnCall Health account, and will receive an e-mail with further instruction.
